The Narrows Recreation Department will offer the following programs for 2011-2012:

F A L L

Flag Football

2 leagues: K, 1st - 2nd grade
Signups will be held on 8/24/11 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Narrows Elementary Open House.
Registration fees will be charged.
Deadline is September 5th.

Men's Basketball League

4 - 6 teams
Ages 15 and up. Sunday night games only. Ten player roster limit.
Team entry fee will be charged.
Deadline is 09/28/11.

Women's Basketball League

4 - 8 teams
Ages 15 and up. Wednesday night games only. Ten player roster limit.
Individual entry fee will be charged.
Deadline is 09/22/11.

Church Co-Ed Volleyball League

4 - 6 teams
Ages 15 and up. Sunday evening games only.
Team entry fee will be charged.
Deadline is 09/28/11.

W I N T E R

Girls Little League Volleyball

2 leagues: 3rd - 5th grade, 6th - 7th grade

Signups will be held on 10/20/11 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.

Games start in November.

Registration fee will be charged.

Boys Little League Basketball

4 leagues: K - 1st grade, 2nd - 3rd grade, 4th - 5th grade, 6th - 7th grade
Signups will be held on 01/08/11 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Boys Little League Basketball Cheerleaders

3 leagues: 2nd - 3rd grade, 4th - 5th grade, 6th - 7th grade
Signups will held on 01/22/11 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 .m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Giles Little League Basketball

4 leagues: K - 1st grade, 2nd - 3rd grade, 4th - 5th grade, 6th - 7th grade
Signups will be held on 02/12/11 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

S P R I N G

Boys & Girls Baseball/Softball Camp

Ages 8 - 12
03/26/12 - 03/28/12
Times to be announced at a later date. Camper receives a camp shirt and certificate.
Pre-register by 3/18/11.
Fee of $35.00 will be charged for camp.

Boys Little League Baseball

2 leagues: 8 - 10 years old; 11 - 12 years old (Age as of 05/01/12)
Signups will held on 03/11/12 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Boys Dixie League Baseball

1 league: 13 - 14 years old (Age as of 05/01/12)
Signups will be held on 03/11/12 from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Girls Little League Softball

1 league: 9 - 12 years old (Age as of 05/01/12)
Signups will be held on 03/11/12 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Girls Dixie League Softball

1 league: 13 - 15 years old (Age as of 05/01/12)
Signups will be held on 03/11/12 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

4 - 6 teams
Ages 15 and up. Sunday evening games only.
Starts 04/29/12.
Team entry fee will be charged.
Deadline is 04/20/12.

Boys/Girls T-Ball/Baseball

3 leagues: 3 - 4 years old, 5 - 6 years old (coach pitch), 7 - 8 years old (peanut) (Ages as of 05/01/12)
Signups will held on 04/29/12 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Room #1 at the Community Center.
Registration fee will be charged.

Boys & Girls Basketball Camp

Grades K - 8th
07/10/12 - 07/13/12
Camp starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. each day.
Camper receives a camp shirt and certificate.
Pre-register by 07/01/12.
Fee of $60.00 will be charged for camp.

Football Camp

Grades K - 8th
07/23/12 - 07/25/12
Camp starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m. each day.
Camper receives a camp shirt and certificate.
Pre-register by 07/20/11.
Fee of $35.00 will be charged.

Dances

Open to 3rd - 7th grade students
September - June
Dates to be announced at school
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the gym at the Community Center
Admission: $4.00
Concessions available.

Gym, rooms, and auditorium
